We are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Food & Beverage staff to join our friendly dynamic team.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisors, a Food & Beverage Assistant will provide a friendly and efficient service to our customers in our Bar, Restaurant and Function rooms.
Must be available midweek & weekends to be considered.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- To greet regular customers courteously.
- To find appropriate tables and sit guests for dining.
- To take food and drink orders in a hospitable manner.
- Monitor the bar / restaurant floor to ensure efficient and personalised service is delivered to customers.
- Ensure a good working knowledge of the food and drinks on our menus and be willing and able to make recommendations.
- Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
- To up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible both in the hotel or wider group.
- Completing daily and weekly cleaning checklists ensuring high standards of hygiene at all times.

The Ideal candidate:
- Will have previous experience working in a busy bar or restaurant environment.
- Enjoy working with the public
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Maximum flexibility with regards to hours/ must be available to work over a 7 day period- Must be flexible to work midweek and weekends
- Be a great team player.
- Fluent in English.
