We are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Food & Beverage staff to join our friendly dynamic team.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisors, a Food & Beverage Assistant will provide a friendly and efficient service to our customers in our Bar, Restaurant and Function rooms.

Must be available midweek & weekends to be considered.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • To greet regular customers courteously.
  • To find appropriate tables and sit guests for dining.
  • To take food and drink orders in a hospitable manner.
  • Monitor the bar / restaurant floor to ensure efficient and personalised service is delivered to customers.
  • Ensure a good working knowledge of the food and drinks on our menus and be willing and able to make recommendations.
  • Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
  • To up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible both in the hotel or wider group.
  • Completing daily and weekly cleaning checklists ensuring high standards of hygiene at all times.


About The Role

The Ideal candidate:

  • Will have previous experience working in a busy bar or restaurant environment.
  • Enjoy working with the public
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Maximum flexibility with regards to hours/ must be available to work over a 7 day period- Must be flexible to work midweek and weekends
  • Be a great team player.
  • Fluent in English.
