Join Our Team: Fertility Nurse (Full-Time) – ReproMed Dublin
Reporting To: Nurse/Midwife Manager
Location: Dublin
Working Hours: 40-hour week, 8-hour shifts (Core hours: 8am–4pm), with occasional weekends/public holidays
Due to continued growth and increased demand for our services, ReproMed – Ireland’s leading provider of fertility and reproductive healthcare – is seeking an experienced Fertility Nurse to join our dynamic Dublin team.
Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As a Fertility Nurse at ReproMed, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients through every step of their fertility journey. You will:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care in line with ReproMed’s ethos.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and manage treatment cycles.
- Perform ultrasound scanning, phlebotomy, cannulation, and assist with clinical procedures (e.g. egg collection, embryo transfer, IUI).
- Educate and support patients through nurse consultations and care calls.
- Handle administrative responsibilities such as prescription preparation, documentation in patient management software (IDEAS), and coordination with third-party clinics and pharmacies.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, data protection laws, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Who We’re Looking For
You’re a registered nurse (RGN or RM). You are passionate about patient care, a confident communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment,
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Full NMBI registration (with ongoing compliance)
- Strong IT skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office and patient management systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A compassionate, patient-first approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a busy clinical team
Desirable (but not required):
- Experience with ultrasound/sonography
- Training or mentoring experience
