Ralawise are the leading European distributor of t-shirts, hoodies, polos and other apparel to the imprint industry. With its head office and operations in the UK, Ralawise has grown over the previous 40 years into a dynamic and socially conscious supplier of over 100 leading brands, servicing a broad range of sectors. Additionally, Ralawise has established a strong European sales presence, and we are looking to add a passionate a Sales Representative to this experienced team.
Based in Dublin, the Ralawise Ireland team have provided exceptional service and support to our Irish customer base for over 20 years. The successful candidate will be joining an experienced group where there is a great opportunity to grow sales throughout Ireland with the backing of a market leading service offering.
Your role will be to develop accounts across Ireland to increase sales penetration for the Ralawise Group; to lead customer focused Brand Presentations across the Ralawise range and to introduce regular strategic development meetings with accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships and develop business with existing and new accounts across Ireland
- Develop and speed up collaboration with Key Customers through frequent visits
- Visit and promote the Ralawise offering by way of product presentations and utlisiation of marketing and web based support tools.
- Ensure all sales opportunities are being maximised in conjunction with the office team
- Deploy Ralawise Group sales strategy In line with the stated objectives
- Positively promote and develop all sales opportunities and work with other departments as one team to ensure that sales and service opportunities are maximised.
- Raise Ralawise brand awareness through brand building and storytelling
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on trends within your customers, ideas and strategy moving forwards.
Skills & Experience
- Sales experience at a Strategic and Commercial level and the ability to build rapport at all levels will be of benefit
- Have a results driven approach focusing on working to and delivering target results
- Enthusiasm and passion for clothing would be an advantage
- A full driving licence and a willingness to travel across Ireland
- Be solution-oriented and love to create growth
- See opportunities and abilities to uncover and create needs with customers.
- Strong communication, listening and presentation skills
- Previous B2B sales experience, preferably with a background in Fashion or Textiles
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis
- Strategic planning
The right candidates will have experience in account management along with a creative and curious mindset to present and showcase a marketing leading suite of brands and products.
