About the Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a Finance and HR Support role until the end of the year. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in two key functions of a multinational business, with approximately 80% of the role in Finance and 20% in HR.
Whether you’re a recent graduate or someone with administrative experience looking to broaden your exposure, this role offers insight into real-world processes, systems, and people-focused initiatives within a values-led organisation.
What You’ll Get to Work On
Within Finance, you will gain exposure to:
- Accounts payable invoice processing using OCR software with AI learning capability
- Working within a fully integrated ERP system including GRN matching and reconciliation
- Operating within a SOX controls environment
- Supporting variance reconciliation and interdepartmental collaboration
- Participating in payment runs and treasury tasks
- Month-end activities including accruals and sub-ledger reconciliations
- Revenue reporting processes, including VAT and Intrastat submissions
Within HR, you will gain exposure to:
- Recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and onboarding logistics
- Supporting internal HR communications and engagement initiatives
- Involvement in key HR projects including:
- Our Recognition & Reward programme rollout
- Our Mentorship pilot programme for high-potential talent
- General HR administration across employee lifecycle events (onboarding, offboarding, training, etc.)
- Observing HR in a values-driven environment focused on trust, integrity, and employee development
Who You Are
- A strong communicator with attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Confident working in Excel, Outlook, and digital platforms (experience with ERP/HRIS systems a plus)
- Interested in gaining cross-functional exposure to Finance and HR
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative team spirit
