To deliver optimum utilisation of Finance Systems and promote process best practice within systems. This role supports the ESB Networks business in workflows, processes and reporting, maximising the use of SAP S4 and BW Systems.
You will assist with system upgrades via System Integration Testing (SIT) testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) co-ordination, Triage User queries and identify & assist with improvements in processes and procedures.
- Supports ongoing enhancements to finance SAP systems by assisting in the change request process and following changes from start to finish.
- Upskill on the Finance systems – SAP S/4HANA, SAP Group reporting and SAP BPC
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Finance Process Owners and teams, IT and BU Finance stakeholders
- Perform system testing as required for upgrades in projects/ service packs. Record test scripts and test results in QC.
- Manage inbox and triage queries
- Assist master data team in the creation of master data
- 3+ years with experience in SAP as an end user
- Systematic problem solver, ability to implement solutions to solve root cause problems
- Understanding of end-to-end financial processes
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- A recognised professional accounting qualification or equivalent relevant work experience is essential

Salary
€48,000 - €56,500 depending on experience.
