VIOTAS is seeking a dynamic, highly analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our Finance team based in Limerick, Ireland.
In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic financial insights, rigorous analysis and robust financial planning to inform executive decision-making, operational excellence and key strategic initiatives. Your role will help shape the company's growth trajectory by delivering accurate forecasting, budgeting, comprehensive scenario analyses and impactful reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver insightful KPI, market, competitor and financial analyses to enhance operational performance and strategic decision-making.
- Perform detailed scenario modelling and sensitivity analyses, highlighting potential risks and opportunities clearly and proactively.
- Prepare and present clear and impactful presentations, operational and financial reports for senior leadership, board meetings, lenders and investors.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external stakeholders to provide clear financial insights, influence strategic decisions and enhance investor relations.
- Manage and continuously improve financial models and analytical processes, ensuring scalability and accuracy.
- Support annual budgeting, cash flow management, profitability forecasting and longer-term strategic planning.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analyses supporting business cases, investment opportunities, risk assessments and strategic projects.
- Identify and implement continuous process improvements and efficiencies within FP&A activities, improving accuracy and effectiveness.
- Actively support the enhancement of monthly financial close processes.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA), CFA, or equivalent professional financial qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience in a dynamic financial environment.
- Demonstrable experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling and strategic analysis.
- Strong commercial acumen, using financial analysis proactively to shape strategic initiatives and inform key decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Highly numerate, analytical, curious, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and enhancing FP&A methodologies.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, including strong financial modelling capabilities.
Desirable
- Previous experience within the energy, utilities, renewables or technology sectors.
