Role Description
- Day to day management on site, reporting to the Project Manager
- Attend all onsite meetings
- Implement Health & Safety procedures
- Contribute to the delivery of the project on time and within budget
- Manage sub-contractors in an effective manner, ensuring any snags are revisited and completed to a high standard
- Manage all finishes
- Ensure handover to the client is achieved in a timely fashion
Skill Requirements
- Extensive experience on commercial and residential projects
- Experience in the management of sub-contractors
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to motivate and manage
- Ability to present reports defining projects progress, problems and solutions
- 6-8 years’ relevant experience working directly for a medium-large main contractor as a finishing foreman on commercial projects
- Trade Qualification or Construction related qualification

Pay: €50,486.16-€75,943.18 per year
