This is a full-time opportunity to lead operations on the production floor of a dynamic and quality-driven injection moulding environment.

About the Role: As Floor Manager, you will oversee daily injection moulding operations, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead and motivate a team of operators and technicians, acting as the key link between shop-floor staff and senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage production schedules, staff allocation, and workflow optimisation
- Ensure compliance with KPIs, quality standards (ISO 13485/ISO 9001), and safety protocols
- Lead daily briefings, coach staff, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive operational excellence through lean practices, OEE tracking, and performance analysis
Your Background
- Proven supervisory or management experience in manufacturing (injection moulding preferred)
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and production reporting tools
- Hands-on approach and commitment to team development
