About the Role:
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll be a key part of our front-of-house team, ensuring that every guest receives outstanding service throughout their visit. From serving food and drinks to engaging with guests and supporting the team, no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to guests, providing both table and bar service.
- Engage with guests warmly, offering local knowledge and information about hotel services.
- Collaborate with team members to set up, deliver, and close down service smoothly.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area in line with health and safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for guest care.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and also take initiative when needed.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
