Dennehy's Health & Fitness Blackpool wants you to join their Front of House team.
The ideal candidate for the Front of House position will use their passion for customer care to welcome members and process sales. The main duties require the ideal candidate to have customer service skills, sales experience, manage all booking & communication channels within the club and complete required administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Create an outstanding first impression and be a great representation of our Club through delivering exceptional customer service
- Ensure potential and existing members receive the best possible experience and customer service
- Effectively handle all administrative tasks, class bookings, payment processing, queries and member feedback
- Answering phone calls, e-mails, arranging bookings, and marketing via social media
- Housekeeping duties
- Opening/Closing of the facilities
Requirements
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team and alone
- Highly efficient, customer service skills and sales experience
- A pleasant and polite manner
- Admin and computer skills
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Previous experience with money handling
- Interest in health and fitness preferred
Candidates must be flexible and available to work both evenings until 11pm and weekends
