We are currently hiring a full-time barista & team members to join our team Monday to Friday. You must be available for full-time work starting in August & September — this role is not suitable for college students or part-time applicants.
As a barista at Cole & Co, you’ll be responsible for crafting great coffee, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and delivering top-tier customer service throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency and care
- Support food prep and service when needed
- Keep the coffee station and café clean, organised, and well-stocked
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Open or close the café depending on shift schedule
- Work efficiently with the rest of the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Must be available Monday to Friday – no weekend shifts.
- Must be available full-time from September onwards
- Strong work ethic and reliable attitude
- Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for coffee and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €13.50-€16.73 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
