We’re Hiring: Full-Time Barista – Drive-Thru, Roscam
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate full-time barista to join our team at our new drive-thru location in Roscam.
We serve specialty coffee, açaí bowls, overnight oats, and a selection of high-quality pastries — all with a focus on speed, consistency, and customer experience. We’re building a team that values quality, energy, and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have:
– 2+ years of barista experience, ideally in a specialty coffee environment
– A high level of skill with espresso preparation and milk texturing
– Excellent customer service skills with a warm, professional manner
– The ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy, fast-paced setting
– A strong work ethic, good communication, and a team-first attitude
– A genuine interest in health-focused food and delivering a great experience
– Full availability during weekdays and weekends
