Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a fully licensed Bus Drivers to join our dynamic team in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering safe, reliable, and environmentally friendly transportation services to the client.
Responsibilities:
1. Safely operate electric buses in accordance with traffic laws, company policies, and established schedules.
2. Provide excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring a positive and pleasant travel experience.
3. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure its mechanical fitness and report any issues promptly.
4. Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts.
5. Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures, including the proper use of safety equipment.
6. Communicate effectively with passengers and colleagues, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
7. Collaborate with maintenance staff to report and address any mechanical or operational issues.
8. Maintain a neat and clean bus interior, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for passengers.
Qualifications:
1. Fully licensed to operate a bus in Dublin, including a valid Drivers Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
2. Proven experience as a bus driver, with a focus on safety and customer service.
3. Familiarity with electric buses and a commitment to environmentally friendly practices.
4. Excellent knowledge of Dublin’s road network and traffic regulations.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with passengers.
6. Ability to work split shifts, Monday to Friday, and adapt to a flexible schedule.
