Our Funds Registration team, located in Dublin, is responsible for the coordination of cross-border fund registrations, maintain registrations of client funds globally for public distribution. The team assists clients with the practical, compliance and administrative requirements associated with marketing investment funds globally.
We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Funds Registrations Executive to join our team. This role is ideally suited to a professional with over 2+ years Funds Registration experience. A self starter with a keen interest to build on and further develop their knowledge in relation to the registration of funds both in Ireland and other jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities
- Fund Registration: Manage the registration of client funds for public distribution globally including submission of registration applications including notifications to regulatory authorities.
- Ongoing Reporting: Continuously assess the ongoing reporting of funds approved to market in each jurisdiction to ensure compliance with local rules.
- Client Interaction: Adapting to clients’ needs and processes. Communicate effectively with clients and local counsel during the registration process.
- Documentation: Prepare and collate necessary documentation for marketing applications, including notification forms, and jurisdictional prospectuses.
- Compliance: Ensure ongoing compliance with local rules and maintain up-to-date client registration records.
- Relationship Management: Liaise with third-party providers and manage these relationships.
- Reporting: Prepare quarterly compliance statements and manage ongoing reporting obligations.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to processes and adapt to varying client needs.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Essential Knowledge: Strong understanding and knowledge of the funds environment, particularly in cross-border public distribution and experience in liaising and communicating effectively with clients and local counsel in the registration processes.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidential information. Solution oriented mind-set.
- Analytical Ability: Critical thinking and analytical skills in a pressured environment. Self motivator.
- IT Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team, support others, and foster a proactive atmosphere.
- Education and Experience: University degree and/or relevant experience in financial services or investment management.
