KNOW THE ROLE
- Welcoming and greeting the customers
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sale service
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Keeping up to date with product information
- Following all companies policies and procedure
- Handling customers complaints
- Processing deliveries, replenishing stock and processing returns in the stockroom
- Handling all stock effectively and maintaining both brands stockrooms to an exceptionally high cleanliness standards
- Opening and closing the store and the tills
- Working as part of a team to achieve and exceed brands targets
KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Gerard Darel and Pablo Concessions in Arnotts store are currently looking for a full-time sales assistant for a 40 hours contract. We are looking for a fully-flexible team member - week and weekend work is included, as our concessions are open 7 days a week.
Ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, preferably within a premium luxury ladieswear brand as well as:
- Highly motivated and passionate about our brands
- Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact
- The ability to multitask across the 2 brands and handle the pressure of a busy day
- A willingness to learn and improve
- Motivated by being a team player with a common goal
