TEAM OVERVIEW
KKR’s Client Operations team owns and operates most dimensions of the client lifecycle. We are responsible for the client interactions, underlying operating models, and overarching strategy related to client onboarding, product onboarding, capital activity, communications, inquiry servicing, offboarding, and more. POSITION SUMMARY
KKR is seeking to hire a Manager level role working to join our Global Wealth Investor Relations team from our Dublin office.
The hire will work closely with the Global Head of Wealth Investor Relations and our Transfer Agency Oversight team within Client Operations, assisting in the oversight of our democratized vehicle transfer agents and general fund governance. The hire will help in the implementation and refinement of oversight models, supporting KKR’s best in class end client experience through partnership with fund administrators, transfer agents and other service providers.
The hire will partner with wealth stakeholders across KKR including finance, legal, product, sales enablement, client servicing and reporting teams on the implementation of fund governance and corporate actions, reconciliation of sales and processing reporting, supporting client transaction requests and follow-up queries.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
A successful candidate typically will have between three and five years of industry experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on the Global Wealth Investor Relations team completing transfer agency and administrator oversight responsibilities, including report reconciliation, trade processing oversight, and onboarding and platform setup with the transfer agent, primarily for the democratized Luxembourg wealth offerings.
- Work closely with EMEA and APAC Wealth IR and GWS Sales teams to support operational processes for partner platforms and end clients.
- Help create and continually improve upon external client reporting, focusing on standardization across our democratized product suite (K-Series) and helping to ensure consistency across wealth offerings.
- Aid in the creation and automation of internal reporting for the EMEA and APAC Global Wealth Solutions teams.
