Centenary Home & Garden retail network has five branches throughout Co. Tipperary. Our stores are dedicated to providing high-quality home and garden products, with a strong commitment to everything local. We are home and garden experts, offering a wide range of products including plants, garden tools, outdoor furniture and more. We currently have an excellent job opportunity for a Goods Inwards/Retail Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will:
- Ideally, but not essential, have experience within Hardware, Agri Retail, DIY, Gardening or a similar role
- Provide an excellent level of customer service
- Be responsible for checking in goods received and ensuring paperwork is filed appropriately
- Ensure shortages, damages and discrepancies are reported and managed correctly
- Liaise with Management and staff to ensure an efficient supply of stock to the shop floor
- Ensure highest standards of merchandising and presentation of the store
- Have the ability to work on their own initiative
