Head of Cleaning
North Wall Quay, Dublin - Full time
As a Head of Cleaning at Sodexo in Dublin 1, you will lead the cleaning services team, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.

What you'll do:
- Manage daily cleaning operations across various spaces, ensuring quality checks.
- Plan and oversee periodic cleaning programs.
- Organize tasks, rotas, and training for the cleaning team.
- Maintain stock levels, equipment, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, including COSHH.
- Build relationships with clients and address concerns.
- Motivate the team to maintain high performance and morale.
- Run a team of 30+ Cleaners
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in a similar role with COSHH and health and safety knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills to manage workloads effectively.
- Computer literacy
- Excellent English communication and computer skills.
- A professional, detail-oriented, and approachable demeanor.
- Experience managing large sites (25+ people daily), ideally in production and cleaning environments.
- Experience in Hotel or Corporate brands (desirable).
