- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, product adoption goals, and operational metrics across our family of apps advertising solutions
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve their full potential
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and expand existing client relationships
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our family of apps advertising solutions, including new features, updates, and best practices
- Pipeline Management: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Reporting: Provide regular sales performance reports to leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement
- Experience: Significant sales management experience in a technology or software industry
- Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, product adoption goals, and operational metrics
- Leadership: Experience leading sales teams, with a focus on coaching, development, motivation and performance management
- Communication: Experienced communicator, able to adjust style to influence clients at both practitioner and C-level
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking, able to develop sales plans and execute against them
- Problem-Solving: Problem-solving skills, able to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Adaptability: Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities, processes, and technologies
- Product Knowledge: Product and technical knowledge of Meta’s advertising solutions, platforms, sales tools and best practices
- Stakeholder Management: History of impactful and influential collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, including internal cross functional teams, external partners, agencies and clients
- Language: Fluent in German and English
- Technical: Experience with our measurement solutions including brand, conversion and search lift reports, as well as attribution and Mixed Media Modelling external partners and tools
- Vertical Experience: working with Professional Services, Travel, Automotive, Technology, Finance, Education or Healthcare advertisers that utilise both our commerce, lead generation and branding solutions
- Industry: Client or agency experience working with Meta Advertising tools and solutions
