What you’ll do

With us, you can lead the future of delivery excellence.

As Head of Project Management at Vodafone VBTS Ireland, you’ll take charge of a high-performing team responsible for project management and delivery operations.
You’ll define and drive methodologies, KPIs, and resource strategies that ensure customer expectations are not only met but exceeded. Acting as a key escalation point, you’ll support bid activities and build strong stakeholder relationships across Sales, Solution Design, IT, Networks, and third-party suppliers.
You’ll also establish and manage a PMO capability, ensuring seamless reporting and operational oversight. This is a strategic leadership role where your influence will shape delivery outcomes and operational success across the business.

Over 5 years’ experience in telecommunications or a commercial industry
Proven track record managing Project Managers and Delivery Operations across functions
Strong understanding of fixed, mobile, and UC solution sets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, influencing stakeholders effectively
Familiarity with Vodafone’s structure and governance
Experience engaging with customers up to C-level
Prince 2 Project Management certification (desirable)
