What you’ll do

  • As Head of Project Management at Vodafone VBTS Ireland, you’ll take charge of a high-performing team responsible for project management and delivery operations.
  • You’ll define and drive methodologies, KPIs, and resource strategies that ensure customer expectations are not only met but exceeded. Acting as a key escalation point, you’ll support bid activities and build strong stakeholder relationships across Sales, Solution Design, IT, Networks, and third-party suppliers.
  • You’ll also establish and manage a PMO capability, ensuring seamless reporting and operational oversight. This is a strategic leadership role where your influence will shape delivery outcomes and operational success across the business.

Who we are looking for


  • Over 5 years’ experience in telecommunications or a commercial industry
  • Proven track record managing Project Managers and Delivery Operations across functions
  • Strong understanding of fixed, mobile, and UC solution sets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, influencing stakeholders effectively
  • Familiarity with Vodafone’s structure and governance
  • Experience engaging with customers up to C-level
  • Prince 2 Project Management certification (desirable)
