Key Responsibilities
- Organise and manage carer rotas, ensuring client needs are met efficiently
- Act as the main point of contact for cares queries while developing excellent relationships with the Clients and Caregiver
- Maintain and update Client and Caregiver records on our One Touch system
- Work closely with Care Manager
- Handle emergency scheduling and staffing issues promptly
- Ensure compliance and assist with reporting
- Participate in meetings related to staffing and caregiver scheduling/work rotas
What We're Looking For
- Someone with at least two years experience in homecare scheduling.
- Preferably someone with experience using One Touch IT system.
- Must have strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Must have the ability to establish good working relationships with the office colleagues, clients and caregivers
- Must have computer literacy and be proficient in Word & Excel
- Must present a professional appearance and demeanour
