About the Role:
We are seeking a polished and personable Hospitality Assistant to support a high-end retail client during exclusive one-on-one customer appointments held every Saturday. This role involves providing elegant hospitality services in-store to enhance the customer experience.
You’ll work independently on-site, managing all aspects of hospitality—from welcoming clients and serving refreshments, to maintaining cleanliness and preparing light food and beverages throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
- Serve tea, coffee, morning pastries, champagne, and light snacks in the afternoon
- Prepare and refresh hospitality items in a clean, well-presented manner
- Maintain cleanliness of a small kitchen and wash-up area
- Wash and reset service items between appointments
- Ensure a calm, welcoming atmosphere at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills
- Well-groomed, tidy, and professional appearance
- Friendly, smiley, and engaging personality
- Self-sufficient and adaptable – confident working independently
- Extremely reliable and trustworthy – background check and references required
- Previous experience in hospitality or luxury service environments is an advantage
