We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly motivated Full-Time Receptionist to join our Front Office team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring every guest feels welcome from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in/check-out process
- Answer telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally
- Handle guest bookings, reservations, and cancellations accurately using the hotel’s booking system
- Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and services
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hotel security procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy; experience with reservation systems (e.g., Hotsoft) is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A passion for hospitality and delivering a top-quality guest experience
