Due to the continued expansion of our businesses, we are seeking to recruit a HR Administrator to work with our HR Team on our Blanchardstown site.
This permanent position offers the successful candidate scope to develop their skills in every aspect of the function. You will work independently on HR administrative and operational aspects of the role and in conjunction with the HR Manager on the implementation of new projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate the recruitment selection process, ensuring job posts are accurate and refreshed, interviews are arranged and that candidate communication is timely and professional.
- Manage the onboarding process for new recruits to include meet and greet of new hires, preparing induction documentation, scheduling training, PPE provision, completing HR documentation etc..
- Carry out Manual Handling training for new starters and existing employees.
- Maintain our employee database, ensuring all information is continuously updated.
- Manage Health Safety and compliance training records for new recruits and existing employees.
- Ensure all HACCP documentation is up to date and completed to the required standard.
- Resolve queries submitted by payroll
- Carry out all other ad hoc duties as they arise
Skills required:
- HR Qualification essential
- CIPD membership preferable
- Manual Handling Instructor qualification QQI Level 6
- Minimum 1 years experience in a HR role
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills essential
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Competent working knowledge of Ms Office
- Strong written/numerical/analytical skills.
