Key job responsibilities
- Design and manage high and medium voltage substation systems across multiple geographical regions
- Develop comprehensive electrical infrastructure designs using advanced engineering software
- Collaborate with regional vendors, manufacturers, and utility providers to specify optimal electrical equipment
- Create detailed construction documents and technical specifications that meet rigorous quality standards
- Support project lifecycle from site selection through commissioning and system validation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Substations design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and power systems modeling software
- Strong understanding of electrical system design principles
- Technical knowledge of power distribution and substation infrastructure
- Ability to interpret complex technical documentation and engineering drawings
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or advanced technical specialization
- Experience with international electrical standards and compliance requirements
- Advanced certification in power systems engineering
- Familiarity with renewable energy infrastructure design
- Multilingual communication skills
- 3 years of experience directly related to data center or mission critical facility design.
