Your Key Responsibilities
- Carry out thorough cleaning of all production lines and areas, including removing belts/parts and cleaning them according to set instructions.
- Clean machine parts, walls, floors, ceilings, and other surfaces in line with cleaning instruction cards.
- Re-assemble cleaned lines to ensure they are ready for the next production run.
- Work across different areas such as boxing, chills, and freezers, following the cleaning schedule.
- Comply with all SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality procedures.
- Follow checklists and workflow guidelines accurately.
- Take direction from the Team Leader and collaborate with Quality and Production teams to meet required hygiene standards.
