Security and Fire Systems Installation Manager responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of security and fire system installations. This includes systems like CCTV, access control, intruder alarms and fire alarms.. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, project management, and compliance awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management
- Plan and schedule installations.
- Liaise with sales team.
- Allocate resources efficiently (staff, equipment, materials).
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise installation teams and subcontractors.
- Conduct training and development.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Technical Oversight
- Review system designs and technical drawings.
- Ensure installations meet regulatory and manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control.
- Customer Liaison
- Act as the point of contact for clients.
- Handle site visits, briefings, and client queries.
- Provide updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with fire and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records, risk assessments, and certifications.
- Manage handover documentation and commissioning reports.
