Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience with accounting principles, including US GAAP and related international accounting standards.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with ASC 842 or IFRS 16 lease accounting standards.
- Experience in developing strategies in fast-paced competitive environments, and impeccable business judgment for resource allocation decisions to achieve the desired business outcome.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, and experience with SQL and SAP ERP.
- Ability to work with data to produce analysis, influencing decision making with numerical analysis and generating insights.
- Ability to take ownership, confidence to interact with all levels, set objectives, drive results, and be a team player.
- Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and to support complex operational initiatives.

You'll lead an accounting process from end-to-end. Other responsibilities include reconciling balance sheets and P&L accounts, and providing supplementary financial information for internal and external reports.

Responsibilities
- Perform analysis of datasets to extract relevant information, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for the business.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability or impact of unfortunate events or to maximize the realization of opportunities.
- Manage projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, organizational implications, and changing circumstances.
- Work cross-functionally with Real Estate, Technical Infrastructure teams, US GAAP lease accounting teams, Company Accountants and external auditors.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, system improvements, and drive implementation of the solutions.
