Your role:

We are looking for our next Junior Compliance Executive to join our team in Dublin!

As our new Junior Compliance Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Head of Compliance Ireland and the wider Dublin Compliance team. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a broad range of compliance activities, helping to ensure that Invesco Investment Management Limited and the Irish funds we manage meet the highest regulatory standards.

Your key responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Compliance Ireland and the Dublin Compliance team in day-to-day activities.

• Assist in preparing regular compliance reports for management and the Board, and help with regulatory reporting.

• Maintain the Errors Log, working with internal and external stakeholders to keep it up to date.

• Review monthly reports from service providers and complete report trackers and checklists.

• Attend meetings with service providers and internal teams, preparing and circulating meeting notes.

• Review and reconcile investment and borrowing breaches logs.

• Act as the IIML Administrator for the Central Bank’s online portal—manage user permissions and resolve queries.

• Respond to internal compliance queries and help tailor solutions to business needs.

• Maintain the regulatory reporting calendar and coordinate timely submissions.

• Update and maintain compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect best practices.

You'll need to have:

• Some experience in the Funds Industry, preferably in a management company

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline or equivalent experience

• Basic understanding of the general regulatory environment for funds and asset managers in Ireland

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Strong communication skills including written/oral

• Eagerness to learn and grow as both the business and the regulatory landscape evolve

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks

• Collaborative team player with a positive, energetic attitude
