Your role:
We are looking for our next Junior Compliance Executive to join our team in Dublin!
As our new Junior Compliance Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Head of Compliance Ireland and the wider Dublin Compliance team. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a broad range of compliance activities, helping to ensure that Invesco Investment Management Limited and the Irish funds we manage meet the highest regulatory standards.
Your key responsibilities:
Support the Head of Compliance Ireland and the Dublin Compliance team in day-to-day activities.
Assist in preparing regular compliance reports for management and the Board, and help with regulatory reporting.
Maintain the Errors Log, working with internal and external stakeholders to keep it up to date.
Review monthly reports from service providers and complete report trackers and checklists.
Attend meetings with service providers and internal teams, preparing and circulating meeting notes.
Review and reconcile investment and borrowing breaches logs.
Act as the IIML Administrator for the Central Bank’s online portal—manage user permissions and resolve queries.
Respond to internal compliance queries and help tailor solutions to business needs.
Maintain the regulatory reporting calendar and coordinate timely submissions.
Update and maintain compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect best practices.
You'll need to have:
Some experience in the Funds Industry, preferably in a management company
Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline or equivalent experience
Basic understanding of the general regulatory environment for funds and asset managers in Ireland
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong communication skills including written/oral
Eagerness to learn and grow as both the business and the regulatory landscape evolve
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Collaborative team player with a positive, energetic attitude
