The Role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Project Manager to join our close-knit team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain broad exposure across all areas of construction project delivery, including procurement, project management, cost control, and personnel management. You'll work alongside experienced professionals and be given real responsibility from day one.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist with the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from concept to completion.
· Support procurement activities including sourcing, tendering, and managing supplier relationships.
· Track project budgets, monitor costs, and assist with cost reporting and financial control.
· Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is delivered to schedule and quality standards.
· Contribute to managing project timelines, resourcing, and risk assessments.
· Participate in staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
· Support health and safety compliance and site documentation.
· Attend site meetings and assist with reporting progress to senior management.
What We’re Looking For
· A graduate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
· A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take on responsibility.
· Strong organisational and communication skills.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· A genuine interest in construction project delivery and a desire to grow within the industry.
· Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook); experience with project management or estimating software is a plus.
· Full driving licence preferred (due to site visits).
