Kitchen Assistant required for Japanese Restaurant in Galway. Duties to include the some food preparation, presentation and cleaning. Applicants must be familiar with HACCP. High interest in Sushi or Japanese food; High Standards; Ability to work well in a team; Kitchen experience; Co-Operative. Some knowledge of procedures of food prep/goods in/storage & hygiene. Good communication skills; Neat appearance and presentation essential.
Full training will be provided and you can learn an art of sushi and Japanese cooking.
