Secret Recipe Cork, a leading producer of high-quality ready-made meals, is seeking a motivated and reliable Part-Time Kitchen Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing food business committed to freshness, quality, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Main Focus on the production of gourmet sandwiches, salads and quiche
· Portion, pack, and label meals accurately for retail and wholesale distribution.
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and HACCP and BRC, standards.
· Support the team with daily cleaning duties and inventory management.
· Follow all company health, safety, and hygiene policies.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a kitchen or food production environment
· Good Spoken English
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Flexibility with working hours and the ability to work as part of a team.
· Shifts –Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday - 8am to 12 noon
· Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
