As a Kitchen Design Consultant, you will have access to a broad range of styles and finishes, enabling you to cater to all of our client's requirements.
What's required to join our team:
· Proven track record in the kitchen and fitted furniture industry or similar business
· Strong product knowledge within the kitchen sector
· Innovative kitchen and bedroom design skills.
· Design software experience is essential (eg. Articad or similar design software)
· Good level of computer literacy essential and a good command of spoken English is vitally important.
· Self-confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
· Work well as part of a team, interacting and communicating with other professionals and trades.
· Organised and able to prioritise workload
· Preparing and present accurate quotations to customers.
· Guiding clients from the initial point of contact to initial design consultation to final design and fitting, understanding their requirements and exceeding their expectations
· Understand customer’s needs and generate creative ideas and solutions to fulfil their requirements and dreams.
· Proactively generate customer leads and enquiries.
