We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Designer / Sales Consultant to join one of Ireland's most innovative kitchen retailers in Cork. If you have a passion for design, an eye for detail, and a proven sales track record, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create kitchens, utility rooms, and wardrobes that exceed client expectations.
- Manage client relationships from consultation to final installation, ensuring their needs are met at every step.
- Prepare accurate quotes, maintaining profitability while meeting targets.
- Offer expert guidance to customers, helping them navigate the design and fitting process with confidence.
Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of design experience in the kitchen or related industry.
- Proven sales performance in the kitchen industry or similar retail sector.
- Strong design and technical skills with a creative flair.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to mentor and train junior staff.
- Flexibility to work around customer demands and timelines.
