To ensure that the pot wash area is kept clean and tidy at all times
To ensure a continuous supply of clean equipment to the kitchen and food & beverage
To ensure that all floors, walls and surfaces are kept clean at all times
To ensure that refuse is regularly removed from the kitchen area
To ensure that the refuse area is kept clean and tidy at all times
To do extra deep cleaning duties to comply with the EHO
To complete cleaning records as directed by the senior chef on duty
. To attend training both on the job and online
. To work as part of the team
. To comply with HACCP in relation to storing of deliveries etc.
If it is a full time role you can work this means working 5 days with 2 days off - working hours will vary depending on business requirements.
Candidate
- Ideally to have previous experience in the role of kitchen porter in a busy environment
- To be able to work as part of a team
- Must have minimum of english both written and oral
- To be able to work weekends and public holidays
- To be able to work a variety of shifts - early, late, mid
