Carewswood Garden Centre has recently launched a dedicated Landscaping Department, building on the strength of our existing skilled team — and we’re now looking for an experienced Landscape Manager to lead this exciting new chapter.
With a focus on high-end, design-led outdoor spaces, this role is perfect for someone ready to take ownership of premium projects, oversee an experienced crew, and collaborate closely with our in-house garden designer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of each landscaping job from planning through to completion
- Lead and coordinate the on-site landscaping crew
- Source and organise materials and equipment
- Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards
- Work hands-on on-site as needed
- Meet new clients and help shape project briefs
- Collaborate closely with our head garden designer to deliver standout results
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in landscape management or similar roles
- Strong experience in all aspects of hard landscaping, including paving, walling, decking, groundwork, and drainage
- Confident use of landscaping machinery and tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- A hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence in dealing with clients, suppliers, and contractors
- Knowledge of both hard and soft landscaping techniques
- A full driver’s license

Pay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
