Responsbilities
Legal Compliances
- Drafting, reviewing and managing legal agreements contracts and related relevant documentation.
- Advising of updates and reporting on legal matters, compliance issues and litigation progress to senior management
- Collaborate internally to address and guide on legal issues, ensuring compliances, risk and regulatory issues.
- Creating and implementing comprehensive documentation for being compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Identifying and mitigating potential legal and compliance risks
Data Protection
- Ensuring organizational compliance with data protection laws, such as GDPR by developing and implementing data protection policies and procedures.
- Serving as a point of contact for data subjects with the relevant supervisory authority
- Offering expertise and guidance on data protection impact assessments for identifying and mitigating risks
- Conducting and overseeing data protection and awareness programs for employees.
Compliances
- Designing and implementing compliance management systems to monitor and track adherence to regulations.
- Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate identified risks
- Monitoring potential violation of laws, regulations and company policies
Experience
4- 8 years of corporate and relevant exposure in a fast paced environment
