Flynn O'Driscoll is now seeking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Conveyancer/Legal Secretary for our Commercial Property Team.
This is a permanent full-time position reporting primarily to one of our Property Partners but also working with one of our consultants.
About the role:
Working as a member of the Commercial Property Team, you will have responsibility for the following:

Managing property transaction documentation efficiently;
- Managing files on our Practice Management System (Practice Evolve), including full compliance with file opening and archiving procedures;
- Liaising with clients and connected third parties;
- Drafting and amending documentation (including Statutory Declarations, search applications, scheduling deeds, Contracts for Sale, Deeds of Transfer and Leases );
- Preparing and submitting applications to the Land Registry. Experience with navigation of Land Direct required;
- Registering Deeds with the Property Registration Authority;
- Assisting with mortgage and loan procedures;
- Filing Stamp Duty returns and other enquiries online via ROS;
- Preparing document bibles and data rooms
About the candidate:

You have relevant work experience as an experienced Legal Secretary in a Property Team gained working in a Law Firm based in Ireland or the UK;
- Dictation experience essential;
- You have strong IT skills;
- You can demonstrate your experience of working with a case management system preferably Practice Evolve;
- You have advanced MS Office Skills;
- You work well on your own initiative and as part of a team;
- You are an effective communicator, (including orally and written).
- You have strong attention to detail;
- You have the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality;
- Previous experience of working on new housing developments would be advantageous.
