The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious Life & Pensions Financial Advisor to join our warm, collaborative, and highly experienced Financial Planning & Advisory team. This is your chance to work with an established client base in Cork, Dublin, Limerick, or Galway, while also developing new relationships that will shape the financial wellbeing of individuals and families in your community.
In this role, you’ll go beyond numbers and policies — you’ll help clients prepare for life’s milestones, protect what matters most, and make confident, informed financial decisions. With a supportive team behind you and a strong reputation in the market, you’ll have the tools, knowledge, and brand to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Nurturing and growing relationships with our valued existing clients, becoming their trusted adviser.
- Conducting regular financial reviews to provide personalised advice on Retirement Planning, Investments, Life Insurance, Serious Illness Cover, and Income Protection.
- Expanding the client base through referrals, lead generation, and networking in your local community.
- Meeting and exceeding agreed sales targets while keeping client needs at the heart of everything you do.
- Ensuring all work meets regulatory standards and aligns with the company’s high ethical values.
If you’re driven, client-focused, and passionate about helping people secure their future, this is an opportunity to join a team that will invest in your growth as much as you invest in your clients.
At WTW, we trust you to know your work and the people, tools and environment you need to be successful. The majority of our colleagues work in a ”hybrid” style, with a mix of remote, in-person and in office interactions dependent on the needs of the team, role and clients. Our flexibility is rooted in trust and “hybrid” is not a one-size-fits-all solution. We understand flexibility is key to supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce and so we encourage requests for all types of flexible working as well as location-based arrangements. Please speak to your recruiter to discuss more.
