Be Independent Home Care are currently recruiting a LIVE IN HOME CARE ASSISTANT to live in our client's home providing care from 5pm Friday afternoon to 9am Monday morning or on weekends from 5pm Friday afternoon to 9am Monday morning.
The quality of our service depends on the quality of our carers so the successful candidate must really enjoy working with clients to provide a range of services such as companionship, personal support, meal preparation and mobility assistance.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Are a Cheerful, Caring, Positive and Dependable Individual
- Have Experience in providing care in the home or in a healthcare setting.
- A Level 5 QQI Healthcare qualification (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential as if you have experience in providing care we provide QQI training to employees
- Will pass Garda Clearance
- Have suitable character references
- Have suitable permission to work
- Have Fluent English
