Job Title: Location Supervisor – Killarney Apartment Blocks
We are currently seeking a full-time Location Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our self-catering apartment blocks in Killarney. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services:
- Meet and greet guests upon arrival
- Escort guests to their apartments and provide a brief welcome/introduction
- Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience
- Handle guest queries and assist with local area recommendations
- Standards & Operations Oversight:
- Conduct regular checks to ensure apartments meet cleaning and maintenance standards
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues
- Liaise with the cleaning team to ensure timely turnovers and quality control
- Scheduling & Admin:
- Create and update daily guest arrival spreadsheets
- Prepare cleaning rosters and staff schedules
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and apartment essentials
- Carry out orders and stock takes as needed
- Supervision & Coordination:
- Lead the on-site team, providing direction and support
- Train and oversee cleaners and support staff
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the apartment blocks
Working Hours:
- Full-time role
- Includes weekend work (rota-based)
Salary:
- Competitive – based on experience
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Experience in hospitality, property management, or team supervision preferred
- Knowledge of Killarney and local amenities is a bonus
