Logistics & Store Coordinator
Location: Tipperary, Ireland.
We’re seeking an organised and experienced Logistics & Store Coordinator to manage the end-to-end supply chain of agricultural products, supporting our seven branches. This role ensures smooth coordination between production, warehouse, sales, and distribution teams, while maintaining excellent customer service at store level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the supply chain for Feed, Fertiliser, Chemicals, and Agri-Inputs.
- Oversee stock control and warehouse operations.
- Process goods in/out dockets and review invoices.
- Act as the main contact for customer orders and sales reps.
- Coordinate logistics and production for timely deliveries.
- Resolve logistics issues and arrange special shipments as needed.
- Support the Shop Manager and counter sales team.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics or agri-retail.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Customer service experience a plus.
- Degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- Team player with the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
Hours: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm | Every 4th Saturday 8am–1pm (Overtime Paid)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €36,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
