As we expand beyond our core IHE service, Signify is building a suite of new in-home and virtual health services to better identify chronic conditions, close gaps in care, and increase access to preventive care. We are growing our team and looking for a Senior Manager to help shape and deliver the next generation of service offerings.
About The Role
This unique role has a dual focus: to build robust communication tools for our clinicians and to enhance our internal visibility and coordination around new product and feature launches. As well as bringing new innovative communications products to market, you will play a critical role in optimizing our software delivery processes, ensuring consistent quality, visibility and promoting adherence to our design system across all other teams.

Responsibilities:
I. Clinician Communications Product Management (50%)
- Discovery & Strategy:
- Conduct in-depth user research with clinicians to identify pain points and opportunities related to Clinician communication (e.g., in-app messaging, notifications, alerts, asynchronous communication).
- Collaborate with module teams to understand their communication needs and how platform-level tools can support their specific workflows.
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing Clinician communication tools, aligned with MySignify's overall product strategy and AI-First principles.
- Feature Development & Execution:
- Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with dedicated UX designers and engineering teams to design, develop, and launch intuitive, reliable, and scalable communication features.
- Champion the use of AI to personalize, automate, and optimize clinician communications (e.g., intelligent message routing, automated reminders, smart alerts).
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and oversee the full product lifecycle from conception to launch and iteration
- Performance & Iteration:
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for Clinician communication tools (e.g., message open rates, response times, clinician satisfaction).
- Gather and analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous iteration.
II. Launch Coordination & Visibility (50%)
- Release Management & Coordination: ○
- Establish and refine processes for tracking, coordinating, and communicating upcoming product and feature launches across all module teams.
- Work closely with module teams, Platform engineering, QA, and Ops to ensure smooth, high-quality, and timely releases.
- Proactively identify potential dependencies, risks, and roadblocks to launches and work with teams to mitigate them.
- Quality & Design System Adherence:
- Collaborate with UX and Engineering leadership to evangelize and enforce the use of MySignify's design system across all module teams, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience.
- Implement mechanisms for early visibility into working demos and proposed features from module teams to provide proactive feedback on quality and design system alignment.
- Support the definition and implementation of quality gates for product releases.
- Communication & Reporting:

- Develop and maintain a centralized, highly visible "launch calendar" or dashboard for all planned features and releases.
- Provide regular updates to Product leadership, and key stakeholders on the status of upcoming launches, potential risks, and overall product roadmap progress.
- Facilitate regular "demo day" or "working session" opportunities for module teams to showcase their progress to a wider audience.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably with experience in mobile applications and healthcare technology.
- Proven experience in defining product strategies, roadmaps, and successfully launching features from conception to deprecation.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- A strong user-centric approach to product development.
