In this position you will be responsible for overseeing cleaning and disinfection tasks supporting manufacturing operations to ensure microbial control of components.
This is a shift position you will be required to work days & nights if successful.
Working a shift pattern in a fully gowned, cleanroom environment, a typical shift might include, but is not limited to, the following:

Overseeing cleaning tasks in clean rooms (process areas) per approved standard operating procedures (SOPs). Supports required manufacturing room cleaning

Managing oversight of daily room cleaning and full room cleaning by cleaning personnel in Manufacturing Process Areas.

Ensuring that housekeeping standards in manufacturing facility are maintained by cleaning personnel to a very high standard at all time.

Ensuring all tasks are performed by cleaning personnel in a manner consistent with safety standards and assist in safety investigations when required.

Ensuring gowning and consumables materials are available to support manufacturing requirements.

Processing move orders using OPM.

Assisting with the investigation and resolution of quality deviations raised within the Manufacturing Department.

Assisting with the progression of workflows and SOP updates, within the manufacturing department.

Participating in start-up, commissioning, and validation activities.

Reviewing and completing Logbooks in accordance with cGMP standards and compliant with written procedure.

Assisting with training of new employees and supports training of contract personnel for manufacturing room cleaning.

Following and ensures compliance by cleaning personnel with current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs) including proper documentation of training.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have a Leaving Certificate qualification to include math's and a science or engineering subject as a minimum or equivalent qualification. Experience working shift in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment/industry is preferred
