Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support the delivery of Westport Estate's brand and marketing strategy. This is a key role in the wider marketing team, focusing on on-the-ground activation, campaign coordination, print collateral, brand consistency, stakeholder support, and events. This role works closely with internal teams across the Estate as well as external partners, suppliers, and collaborators.
Principle Responsibilities
- Campaign & Brand Activation
- Assist in planning and executing on-site marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
- Coordinate signage, displays, and promotional materials across the Estate's sub-brands.
- Ensure consistency in tone, look, and feel across all physical brand touchpoints.
- Event & Experience Support
- Support marketing needs for Estate led and third-party events (e.g. collateral, branding, merchandise).
- Liaise with the programming and operations teams to ensure marketing alignment with event schedules.
- Partnership & Trade Marketing
- Coordinate B2B and tourism trade marketing materials, including sales kits and presentations.
- Build relationships with local tourism networks, hotels, visitor centres, and transport partners to promote the Estate.
- Support travel trade and media visits by preparing itineraries, briefing materials, and welcome packs.
- Print & Production
- Manage print collateral production, including brochures, posters, maps, and signage.
- Liaise with printers and designers to ensure timely and high-quality output.
- PR & Communications Support
- Assist with press visits, PR launches, and media events.
- Coordinate distribution of press packs and branded assets.
- Reporting & Admin
- Track stock levels of printed materials and marketing assets.
- Maintain budgets, timelines, and supplier records for campaigns and activations.
- Provide administrative support

Required Experience & Skills
- 2+ years' experience in a marketing, events, tourism, or brand role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours occasionally for events or activations.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
Desirable Experience & Skills
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, or visitor attraction sectors.
- Knowledge of the Irish cultural and tourism landscape.
- A passion for nature, heritage, and storytelling.
