We’re on the search for a sparkler (that's Nando's term for cleaner) This role will only consist of morning hours 8am - 12pm Monday to Friday. (We would consider a minimum of 3 days a week also)
The role of a sparkler is simple…deep clean to the highest of standards that Nando's set.
Experience is not required, however we do need someone who is willing to get stuck in. Each morning requires you to follow an alternating list of high standard deep cleans, along with the usual dusting. These jobs require a lot of elbow grease and we need our equipment kept to the highest of standards. We ask that you are flexible and accommodating to the restaurant needs, for example if we need something else done that is not on the list. We are looking for someone who has great attention to detail to spot opportunities and use their own incentive to clean. There will be heavy lifting involved and we are looking to train someone to help us put our deliveries away in the morning.

- I follow the daily deep cleaning sheets whilst using my own initiative and clean what is dirty. I have the courage to try something new and suggest what could make a difference.
- I deep clean machinery, scrub areas in both back of house and front of house to ensure our team have a safe and fully operational workstation.
- I handle deep cleaning to Nando’s high standards.
- I follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene and restaurant security measures.
