We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our crew.

Main Tasks & responsibilities
o Helping guests and creating positive experiences
o Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and team player skills
o Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
o Proactive, ‘hands on’ approach and reliable
o Excellent standards and able to follow the Company’s Brand Standards
o Complete night audits
o Manage checking guests in/out the Moxy and Residence Inn way
o Serve food and beverages to company standards.
o Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
o Supporting other Crew Members
o Carry out the Cleaning of areas as requested,
o Security checks at regular intervals with special emphasis on security, fire and safety.
o To show willingness to take on additional responsibilities when necessary.
o Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
We’re looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things:
o Have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude
o Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests
o Skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service
o Know being relaxed isn’t the same as being lazy
o Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)
Useful Experience
o Experience within the service industry
o Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
o Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
o Personal experience of travel and travel industry
