Night Receptionist
The main responsibilities of the Night Receptionist include
· Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night
· Ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to all our guests
· Responsible for overall health & safety at night including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health & safety duties e.g., first aid
· Front Office duties including running the night audit report and check-in and check-out of guests
· Cleaning and preparing the hotel for service for the following day
· Ensuring all tops and counters are sanitized regularly to a high standard
· Providing to customers food and drinks at the bar, and ensuring public areas are clean and tidy.
· Responsibility for the front entrance and outside of the hotel and ensure that it is clean and tidy at all times. This includes emptying bins, picking up rubbish etc
The ideal candidate should have the following:
· Experience in a similar night or reception role
· knowledge in computers and excel
· Previous hospitality experience helpful but not essential
· Excellent organisational skills
· A warm, friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests.
· The ability to work on their own initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team
