At Dromhall Hotel, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional guest experiences at all hours. We're currently seeking a responsible, friendly, and proactive Night Porter to join our team and ensure smooth and secure hotel operations overnight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm welcome and professional service to late-arriving guests.
- Ensure the security and safety of guests and the hotel during night hours.
- Assist with late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest requests.
- Carry out regular security checks and monitor CCTV.
- Set up or clean down conference/banquet rooms as needed.
- Handle overnight cleaning duties in public areas if required.
- Support early morning guest services, including wake-up calls or luggage handling.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and capable of working independently.
- Good physical fitness to handle lifting and walking duties.
- Basic computer literacy and a strong sense of customer service.
Working Hours:
Typically [e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM], including weekends and public holidays.
