Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up/break down of conference and private dining rooms
- Preparation & service of food and beverage to guests including room service between 11pm - 7am
- To maintain a high standard of cleanliness of all public areas
- To assist the Night Manager in dealing with request and queries from guests
- To assist the Night Manager with Night Audits
- To carry out nightly security checks/fire walks of the property
- Any other reasonable request by Management
Essential Criteria
- Candidates must have permission to work in Ireland / hold a valid work permit or/any other document required
- Experience required in a similar role in a 4 star Hotel, not essential but desirable
- Must have the ability to work as part of a team
- Possess excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills
